A New Experience

My day started normal with store visitations and waited for the time to meet up property agents for new store locations. I earlier met one of the property agents and she brought one more guy who she called "the human gps" as he knows a lot of properties. And it was true, I was just amazed on the locations that just popped out of his head and giving us location, after location, after location.

After our short meeting, we went out for site visitations. I never expected how fun it was for site visitations and enjoyed taking photos, but too bad my phone was low on battery so didn't took too many shots as much as I wanted to. Anyway, we went to three locations and...

Our first stop was in Subang Jaya where they brought me to a mixed residential and corporate project, where well-known companies will be having their offices in the property. I was interested on taking on the bungalow... as if the company was mine and want to buy it immediately. hahaha... It was great! It is a 2-storey bungalow with a rooftop, al-fresco seating can be done at the ground floor and rooftop! So, just see for yourself... photo below for your happy viewing pleasure! :)

Second stop was a lot in the highway, a drive thru store! It has a good location, but not that great, though I think it is viable for business. With its look, it was really meant for an F&B outlet that can provide drive-thru as it has already a drive thru lane and window (was not able to take any photo of the DT window ~sad me) Great idea from the landlord and it might work for us! Again, I was thinking I was the owner of the company... but, having second thoughts of taking it or not... hahaha... photo below for you to see... :)

Our third and final stop was in Sungai Buloh, my first time to wear a hard hat! as the building was still on the initial stages of construction, we needed to use the hard hat to look inside and see the available lots for the store. My agent was great as she really studied the building and layout to pinpoint the lots without any hesitations. We went to the mezzanine floor and she showed me the lot that she wanted me to take. But I really wanted the first floor because the mezzanine floor, even with a nice ambiance with the pool beside our store, is only accessible by lift. As for my me taking any photo, I didn't take any... I wanted to take a photo of me wearing the hard hat... but my phone was dying... so, I had no chance to take one shot! I hope next time I will have! hahaha...

So, it ended there and we went back to our store. We exchange goodbyes and greetings!

I am looking forward to seeing them again for another round of site visitations. All in all it was fun, but tiring!

I just can't wait to be like the owner of the company again! hahaha... :)
