Happy Mother's Day! Nanay Kong Mahal...

I was never a good son to Nanay. I never showed love that she wanted so badly from me. I was this inconsiderate son who knows nothing about loving someone. But Nanay loved me, even I was the worst son she could ever had.

Now, it's been nearly two years. I still have nights of wishing that you were there and I can talk to you. I still wish I can turn back the time to tell you how I love you and thank you for all the sacrifices that you made for us. I still wish I can kiss you as long as I kissed you when you left us. 

I still recall how it was hard for me to understand the day you left us. The day that I talked to you for the last time and wanted to hear your voice for the last time. I still regret the days, the weeks, the months, the years that I never did what I should have done and that is to love you with all my heart.

In this day, Mother's Day. I wish that you are here, so I can call you and say that I love you. 

You showed me how to love others by loving me no matter. 

You showed me to be strong to all the burdens in life. 

You showed me to care for your loved ones in every day of your life.

You showed me how a true friend is to your friends.

You showed me how your love is to Tatay.

You showed me how it is to love your children.

You showed me how to pray to God and seek for His guidance.
