Food Creationz (Part 2)

Well, I posted a few blogs about my food and found out that I had an old post on my Food Creationz... So, I would just continue that journey and add up to my collection of good food that I created.

I also made a food blog that was supposed to be for my food related posts but then again, it is so much easier to maintain one blog. Unless I don't have work and have plenty of time, then I guess I can manage both. With that said, I would just post my food blogs here first, then maybe, maybe later on I would move all my food blogs on my other 'sleeping blog'

So, here goes... my latest Food Creationz are!

Pininyahang Manok (Chicken in Pineapple and Coconut Milk)
Well, it's not the politically correct translation, but it is Chicken stewed in pineapple juice and coconut milk with potatoes, carrots and mushrooms! One of my favorite dishes to cook!

Fried Eggplants topped with Minced Beef in Tomato Sauce
I made this before and I made some improvements on my tomato sauce. My own special tomato sauce that is now a specialty of mine! A perfect dinner served with steamed rice is highly recommended.

Fried Potato Wraps with Nutella
Well, this is all store bought! But I am so happy with the shot I took with this so I added it up to the collection. I bought pre-made potato wraps, cut it in 8 and fried then in butter. Best recommended with Nutella! Just dunk in the chips in the Jar!

Beef Sausage in Tomato Sauce served with Steamed Rice and Egg
Sauteed beef sausages and button mushrooms in my homemade tomato sauce, accompanied by a hard-boiled egg and steamed rice to complete my meal.

Cheese Sticks with Tomato Dipping Sauce
I saw a post of this creation in Facebook and had my own version. A stale bread rolled thinly with a rolling pin, added a cheddar cheese slice and rolled it up. Fried in butter until golden brown and served with my tomato sauce!

Homemade Chicken Tocino and Mushroom Omelette
A Filipino breakfast with a flare! I made my own chicken tocino and cured it for a week or so before frying it. I made myself a simple mushroom omelette to accompany my tocino, and served with steamed rice.

Beef Wraps
Sauteed beef strips, blanched carrots and Chinese cabbage was all it took for my beef wrap to be tempting. Well, I dressed it all up with tomato ketchup and Japanese mayonnaise! Finished the dish by frying it in butter!

Well, my other dishes that I cooked over the past few weeks didn't made the cut or what I can say not photoshoot quality, lol... So, I hope you enjoy your journey in my food posts again!
