Love is an Illusion
A friend was in need, having problems with her personal life and I had to give an advise that would also struck me in the end. It was all her love that gave up on the person she loved wholeheartedly. But, it is not worth it to just give it all, because of the years that they are together. The times that have passed by is not easy to bring back and it is hard to find one true love in your life.
But it's all an illusion to me now that love exists. Love is just a space that you can fill in the void, but it is not the solution of anyone's happiness. It is the friends that can make you stronger, true friends will stick to you no matter what, but the one you love or thought who loved you will just leave you and say you are not worth it.
Giving up my career for the love I thought was there is nothing now. I just feel betrayed for the effort that I have managed to do, but it was too late and a waste of time. Even being told that it's not because of love I came back and it's all about the money I would earn. It might sound that I have not moved on, but I did. I have friends who keep me on my toes and be happy with my life.
Love is an illusion, but friends will always be there for you, to support and care for you. Friends are the ones that make you feel happy with your life. I learned today that if a person is hurt with the one they call love, there are friends who truly care for you, thinking that it would still work out and not destroy your relationship.
But there would be times that your friends would give you bad advise and ruin the relationship. I don't see them as friends but parasites. Friends are the people who nurtures the love of their friends, whether they have found someone special or not. They would not bring more fire to the burning ashes of the relationship you have had. But then again, there are people like that, who believe they are always right. In fact, they are the parasites to the relationship you once had.
Love is an illusion, who have lost love. Love is an illusion, because love cannot be trusted, but true friends are their to support you. Likewise, friends who are parasites are not true friends.
