Minding my own BUSINESS
I have been looking for opportunities to make money, I have been into sorts of things that can increase my cashflow and it's not that easy. I started with a few concepts of businesses by myself or potential partners in business, but not much has happened during the planning stages. I think it would be a good idea to start with something small and build from there.
I bought a property two years ago and I've been paying for it on a monthly basis. I bought the condominium not for me to stay in but to lease it out. I just need a few more years until I see the money coming in (hoping for the best it would be a good one). So, as a starter, I really wanted to have one this is just one of my dreams. I would like to have a few more, but let's see how it goes. It's something that I want to have and build my cashflow with.
I've been looking into food production or any other small businesses with my partner and though it's a pretty small business, I'm into it as I am hopeful this would lead to something better for us. Let's put it this way... Most business started small, until it grows and become multi-million companies. Businesses that we can work on until we have what we really plan for. So, with my partner starting his business, he invited me to join and in and I know I can trust him. I have high hopes it will be good, though risks are there I'm a GO!.
Risks in businesses are always there, whether as a start-up or a corporation. Things may work out and may not, having said that, the question that I always ask myself is am I willing to lose this amount for the business if it fails? Investing in businesses are always risky, there are a lot of factors, but another question I ask myself is... Am I brave enough to pursue this business? I have been stupid for certain things in my life, I have invested money in things I thought I would be good at, I lost money on things I thought would be good, but I have no one to blame but myself. If businesses fail, it's because of the person who opted in the business.
Some are scams, some are too-good to be true and some are just plain waste of time. My ultimate goal in having my own business is the pride that I really made it happen. Though I wanted a ferrari, though I wanted to live beside the sea with a fantastic view, what I really want in life is to prove to myself that I have my own business. This is why I took my course in college. And I know I'm not getting anymore younger and I hope in a few years time it will come true.
I'm nearly done with all the sacrifices, I would nearly clear my debt soon and I will be happy that I will be debt free hopefully by the end of the year. (Well, not including my condominium).
So, I hope I can mind my own business for my future and also I can find my future as well.
