A New Post
I usually don't write about my work, but this is something that makes me think of what I can and cannot do. I have been doing training for the longest possible time, doing training development works and training new and old employees, and also perform store audits when it is necessary. My passion has about food and beverage and also learning, that is why I like what I am doing, whether in the company I am in now or some other company then I guess I can be valuable.
So, here comes the deal, we need people to run the show in our operations and I was assigned to do it temporarily. I was reluctant to say the least, as I know what I can and cannot do. Though I can do it, I don't like the daily routine job it requires. It sucks the life out of me. But being in operations keeps me on my toes and refresh my mind on a few things that I have been neglecting while I am in training. So, something new, but still it's a pesky work. I did this in the past, and I got sick all of the time and the pressure of having irresponsible people around me is just not what I asked for.
I am hoping soon, I can pass the baton to the other guy. For now, I am still well and good with my new post, but I know where my limits are. Though the some of the ins and outs of the new post is a drag, I am finding it refreshing... In a way, I get new information and what is missing in the operations, which in turn can help me in my training. It's refreshing, but tiring as well... I guess because we have no people and that's why. I just hope help would arrive as I need to get on to my own show and leave my new post soon.
