Breaking Through

I've been inspired to write this blog because of the message of Gary Valenciano in his Easter concert at BGC Amphitheater last night. Some of the words and phrases were used by Gary V. in what I will be writing in this post. Gary V. talked about people living behind walls, before he sang Blessings by Laura Story that is a perfect song for the message he shared.

All of us have struggles in our lives, no matter how simple or complex it is, and people sometimes find themselves living behind a wall, suffering and in pain with all the worries in their lives. As with my life, who has been struggling and in darkness in my own. Living painfully to find someone who will fill the emptiness in my heart, someone who will truly love me for who I am and build my own family.

Nothing seems to work as I continue to look for the person who will carry this dream with me. But, I must remember that all the pain and heartaches I have, God comes closer to me, reminding me that my life is not a disappointment and He have plans for me. Like for people who struggle in their own ways, God is there, watching, no matter how painful it is, we must believe that it is a process, there is a plan and an opportunity that is guided by Him.

God protects us, God heals us, God comforts us. We must believe that all this pain that we have, the heartaches the comes our way, the troubles and nightmares we have, is not the end but it is part of the journey that we are in. We are guided by God with all the trials that we encounter, there is a light behind the wall and it is our faith to break through the walls and conquer our weaknesses and troubles.

Even we find ourselves thinking otherwise, we must believe that God is there to guide us, breaking through is not easy, it is a process, we must remember that all the pains that we have in our lives, God comes closer to help us find our way. We must believe that it is not the end, we must believe that we strong through our faith in Him. It is what we can hold as we continue with our lives and be blessed.

Living behind the wall is never easy, but we must keep praying for blessings. Our blessings may come in tears, it may come in our struggles or in may come in heartaches. But as long as we have faith, as long as we continuously pray, as long as we believe in Him, the walls will fall, we can break through, to find a way in the hands of God reaching out for us. We can break through and receive the glory of God.

I am grateful that I heard this message from Gary V. and I am grateful that I know that I can conquer the struggles in my life by praying for wisdom and praying for blessings no matter what it is.
