Fighting with Water

I've been dealing with sickness for a week or so because of this dreaded heat accompanied by haze. As I am for clean living, I don't really take any medicines to cure my sickness, only until I have no choice that needs a medical attention. I have been working sick for a few weeks and all I needed to cure my sickness is just water.

So, I have sore throat and dry cough. Well having my dry cough lengthens my sore throat problems. As I had before years ago with Strepsils to cure my sore throat, I never did I take it again. What happened? I tool Strepsils to cure my sore throat but it made burnt my throat more and prolonged my sore throat and had caused me to have no voice for a month. From that instance, I never went back to taking it.

What am I curing myself with my sore throat? I am taking water. Well, with the heat and haze, it doesn't make it good for what I am having right now. I need to have more and more water. Well, I am not much of an health expert but through my readings, it's a great cure for what I am having right now.
