Wide Awake
After a long day of a company event that I am a host for, I was eager to rest and have a short night after watching the news and a few youtube clips, and talking with my cousin. But it all turned around because of someone who makes me feel happy to enjoy the night and forget that I am tired. And now, it's 3 in the morning and I am writing a blog for her.
It's 3AM now, I'm listening to my favorite love songs on Spotify and still having a chat with her, while she is multi-tasking and reading my previous blog posts. I thought that it's nice to let her wander through my blogs while writing about her and making sure I keep her awake until I finish this blog post.
It's ironic as well that the first time I tried to have a chat with her was at about 2AM before I wanted to go sleep. Without being overly optimistic that she would reply back, she did! Though I thought it was another message from work, I wanted to check if she replied. From there I got a few more minutes before I dozed off while chatting as my mind and body was too tired of work.
Then as the morning rises, I replied to her after I left hanging the night before and had a chance to have a good friendly chat with her the entire day. And today started telling her that I would be preoccupied with my work and I would not be able to chat with her while I'm working, but at the end of the day here we are at 3AM still chatting.
Life has always been twists and turns for me, and this is no different. I feel happy, refreshed and have been enjoying her company. I don't know why, but it's such a great feeling when I have a chat with her. Though we have only known each other for only a couple of days, I feel so at ease talking to her. I don't know the reason why, but it's something special. So, what about her? I can't really tell, but what I know is that she has a good heart, a kind person, friendly, understanding and most of all she has a big heart.
So, as we both call it a day! I want to make her smile. With this, I hope it would not be my first and last blog for her. Before I let you go tonight. I would like to say... Thank you, Goodnight and Sweet Dreams.
